All Unifiber masts are made using the latest PRE PREG Carbon Molding Techniques. For the perfect balance of weight and durability there’s simply no better method.
With precise layers of choice carbon content, our pre-impregnated masts can boast accurate ratios of carbon:resin for consistent quality that wet lay-up processes just can’t achieve.
Thanks to a unique controlled curing and heating process, Unifiber masts give exact stiffness, precise bend curves and dependable performance on the water.
In the Reduced Diameter Range (RDM) we beefed-up the wall thickness for extra peace-of-mind for just a few extra grams. And for 2010 we’ve also introduced a super high-value RDM40 model too.
Plus, we wrapped all our RDM masts in high-tech silver UV-resistant cloth to minimise exposure in strong sun. The SDM line now also features silver cloth in the boom cut-out area for added protection.
All SDM C75, C100 and RDM C100 masts are supplied with protective mastbag.
