“I was very nervous for my last competition under 20 years last Friday 27/08/2010. I had the opportunity to become French Champion for the 3rd time under 20 years.

The event was held at at Ouistreham in Normandy. It's never easy to be favorite at an event and I confess that I arrived in Ouistreham with the desire to do well but knowing that some young competitor sailed well and far ... This championship was a bit special because it was for me the last  "under 20", and my goal to go for victory was clear.



The conditions throughout the week had been very different and we sailed in  light and strong wind which also made the success of this event. I was very confident with my  equipment Exocet Warp SL / XO Gold Line SAILS and Unifiber mast, booms and accessories I took a lot of trust on the first two days and winning the first 5 races. Then I made two errors in two runs but I reacted to come back and I finish very well. I won the championship with 8 points ahead, with the feeling of having done what was expected and to have done it I am very happy with the result. Next week I am going to Denamrk for the second stop of the PWA World Cup Slalom and then SYLT for waves and slalom! SEE YOU SOON !
