Our Warranty Policy

Our warranty covers your Unifiber product for a period of 2 years from the date of purchase:

First Year Coverage:

If you make a warranty claim within the first year of purchase, your product is covered unconditionally
We will repair or replace your product without the need to demonstrate a manufacturer defect

Second Year Coverage:

If you make a warranty claim during the second year after purchase, your product must have a clear manufacturer defect to be eligible for warranty service
We will assess the product to determine if a manufacturing error is responsible for the issue

Registration Benefit:

Register your product on our website and receive a complimentary warranty extension
Simply create an account and register your product details with your proof of purchase

Before You Begin

To process your warranty claim efficiently, please have the following ready:

Original purchase invoice (mandatory)
Product serial number (if applicable)
Clear photos showing the issue
Brief description of the problem

Important Notes

All warranty claims must be submitted through our dedicated warranty form
Claims without an original purchase invoice cannot be processed
The warranty period begins from the date of purchase shown on your invoice
