Return Policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
Return Fees:
- A 5% restocking fee applies to all returns
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable
- Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it: unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Important: Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Important for International Returns
If you are located outside the European Union, please be aware that:
- Return shipping costs to the Netherlands can be significant (often similar to original shipping rates)
- Any customs duties, taxes, or import fees incurred during the return process are your responsibility
We ship from the Netherlands. International customers should factor in potential return costs when ordering, as these can be substantial for destinations such as Australia, North America, Asia, and the Middle East.
When We Cover Return Shipping
Unifiber will cover return shipping costs and waive the restocking fee only in the following cases:
- You received a defective or damaged item
- You received the wrong item (different from what you ordered)
- The product does not match the description on our website
In these cases, contact us at support@unifiber.net with photos and a description of the issue. We will arrange and cover the return shipping.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item. We'll evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / Non-returnable Items
Certain types of items cannot be returned:
- Custom products (special orders or personalized items)
- Sale items or gift cards
Exchanges
The fastest way to get what you want is to return the item you have. Once the return is accepted, you can place a new order for the replacement item.
European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order was shipped within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification.
Please note: A 5% restocking fee and return shipping costs apply. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
To qualify, your item must still be:
- in the same condition you received it
- unworn or unused
- with tags
- in the original packaging
You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
We will notify you once we've received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund has been approved.
If approved, you'll be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days.
- Please note: A 5% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund. Original shipping fees and return shipping costs are non-refundable.
It can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

With proper care, an inflatable SUP typically lasts 5 to 10 years—or more.
Board lifespan depends on construction quality, usage frequency, and how well it’s maintained. Entry-level single-layer boards usually last 3–5 years, while premium models with fusion layers and welded seams can go 7–10+ years.
Most inflatable SUPs perform best between 12 and 15 PSI. For the perfect balance of stiffness, glide, and control, aim for:

Yes—you can take your inflatable SUP on a plane, and it’s one of the best things about going inflatable.
When packed in its travel backpack, most boards (plus paddle, pump, and leash) stay well within standard airline checked baggage limits. Just check your airline’s size and weight allowance—most SUP bags weigh 12–15 kg fully packed.
Slightly deflate your board (if fully pumped) to reduce internal pressure from heat
Place your SUP deck-down on padded roof bars or soft roof racks
- Use cam-lock straps—loop one at the front, one at the back
- Run straps through the car (with doors open) and secure firmly
- Check tension but don't overtighten—you want the board secure, not squashed
- Use bow and stern lines to avoid flapping or damage
